Swiss Boot camp
Led by Dr. Ernst von Kimakowitz – Director, Humanistic Management Centre, & Senior Research Fellow at the University of Lucerne, Switzerland.
Dr. Ernst brings his expertise in ethical leadership and humanistic business models to guide students through Switzerland’s renowned values of precision, neutrality, and sustainability.
The Swiss Bootcamp at RCMB offers a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the world of international business and global culture. Led by distinguished international experts, the program provides a first-hand understanding of life, culture, and business practices in Switzerland—a country renowned for its innovation, economic stability, and global influence.
Students learn the ability to analyse international markets and formulate strategic solutions for global expansion and growth.
As of recent reports, approximately 350 Swiss companies operate in India, spanning various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, engineering, finance, food processing, and infrastructure with the leading names like Nestle, ABB, Novartis et al.

German Boot camp
German Bootcamp is conducted in the campus in collaboration with leading German institutions and industry expert Dr. Anastasia Kiritsi.
German companies are globally recognized for its engineering excellence, industrial strength, and advanced manufacturing practices. With over 2,000 German companies operating in India, RCMB students always aspires for a coveted roles in leading German firms such as BMW, Volkswagen, Deutsche Bank, Allianz, Siemens, and Bosch—testament to their global readiness and technical acumen.
Pre-Bootcamp Engagement
- Virtual Orientation with Dr. Anastasia (one week prior):
- Introduction to the German business ecosystem
- Overview of the Business Model Canvas
- Ice-breaker activity and team briefing

Day 1: Welcome & Global Business Context
- Inaugural session and formal welcome of Dr. Anastasia
- Overview of international work culture with a focus on Germany

- Team formation and introduction to group project: “Business Meets Technology”
Day 2: Introduction to the Business Canvas Model
- In-depth session on the Business Model Canvas framework
- Real-life examples of German innovation-driven companies
- Teams begin working on their own business models with mentor guidance.
Day 3: Collaborative Ideation & Strategic Thinking
- Ideation workshop: Aligning business goals with digital innovation
- Peer-to-peer collaboration and strategy building
- Midway mentoring session with Dr. Anastasia for deeper guidance
- Emphasis on value proposition, customer segmentation, and differentiation
Day 4: Testing, Feedback & Finalization
- Final iteration of business canvas with mentor insights

Day 5: Demo Day & Closing
- Final presentations by student teams before a jury

French Boot camp
Led by Dr. Wolfgang Amann – Professor of Strategy and Leadership, HEC Paris.
Known for its rich cultural heritage and intellectual tradition, France offers students deep insights into design-driven strategy and socio-economic policy. This Business Boot-Camp aimed at equipping the students with the knowledge of French business practices, etiquette, and enhancing their skills for global career- opportunities.
Over 350 major French companies operate in India across key sectors, including Airbus, Alstom, Capgemini, Renault, Sanofi, L’Oréal, BNP Paribas, Saint-Gobain and many more where RCMB students are making their presence felt.
Boot camp schedule :
Orientation Program: A series of virtual and on-campus sessions before the launch.
Day 1
- Keynote address: “Doing Business in France” by Dr. Wolfgang Amann
- Case study: “Marketing in France” – students analysed French market scenarios and presented solutions.
Day 2
- Industry insights: “French Entrepreneurship and Innovation” by Dr.. Wolfgang Amann.
- Cultural immersion: “French Business Etiquette and Protocol” workshop.
Day 3
- Group activity: “Negotiation Skills in French Business” – students practiced negotiation techniques
Day 4
- Business pitch competition: Students presented business ideas, relevant in France to Dr. Wolfgang.
Day 5
- Closing ceremony: Valedictory session included student reflections, certificate distribution, and feedback from participants and facilitators.
Post-Bootcamp Engagement
Follow-up Program: Students receive mentorship from French professors and develop themselves through continuous learning process
